MU Chancellor Brady J. Deaton moderated the fourth of a series of open forums Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005. A new law requires educational institutions that receive federal funds to offer an annual program on the U.S. Constitution. Participants discussed this new requirement and the Constitution's impact on society today and in the future.
